An Abattoir License is required to operate a slaughterhouse or meat processing facility within City limits.

An Arcade License is required to operate any establishment within the City where members of the public are allowed to play video or electronic games for money, tokens, or anything of value.

Mobile Dessert / Food Establishment License

This license is required for mobile dessert trucks, food carts, and other mobile vendors.

Peddler/Canvasser/Transient Merchant License

A permit is required for individuals selling goods door-to-door, soliciting, or operating as transient merchants in the City.

Taxi License

A Taxi License is required for any business or operator providing taxi or ride-for-hire services within Richland Center.

Tree Cutting License

A Tree Cutter License is required for any person or business engaged in tree removal or trimming for hire within the City.
