UPS Drop Box: available in front of the library. Sorry, packages cannot be accepted inside the building. 

We're Fine Free! Overdue fines are not charged for items checked out at our library. Materials more than 30 days overdue will be put on “Lost” status, and borrowing privileges will be suspended until items are returned or paid for.  

Library Cards are free to any child or adult living in Richland County. Children under 16 years of age must have a parent/guardian’s signature. Please bring:  1) driver's license/ID, and 2) proof of address, such as a utility bill or other non-personal piece of mail.

The Richland County History Room operates three days per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. If you are traveling from some distance, we suggest calling ahead to confirm that the History Room will be open: 608-647-6033 or 608-647-6444.
