Steps to Apply

- Apply online using the form below.
- City staff reviews your application.
- Once approved, your permit is issued.
- Expect at least a 30 day process.
- Starting work before approval doubles the fee.

- Single Family Dwelling - $125
- Multiple Family Dwelling - $150
- Commercial or Industrial Building - $200
- Remodel - $75
- Addition to existing building - $75
