The City of Richland Center requires permits for certain activities that impact public spaces, infrastructure, or the general flow of traffic and pedestrian access.

Driveway Permit

A Driveway Permit is required to construct, alter, or replace any driveway that connects to a public street, crosses a sidewalk or curb, or changes access to public roadways.
