Parade Permit

A Parade Permit is required for any public procession that may disrupt traffic or use city streets, such as parades, marches, or organized walks. Must be submitted 30 days prior to event.

Steps to Apply

  1. Complete the application form below
  2. Submit required documents
  3. Richland Center Police Department and the Public Works Department will review the application
  4. The application will then be submitted to the Safety Committee for approval

Applicant Information
The undersigned, by applying for this parade permit, the above names organization, and its agents and officers, herby agree to hold the City of Richland Center harmless, and indemnify the City of Richland Center, for any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries, of any nature whatsoever, occurring during, before, or after the parade, and USER agrees to forever release and discharge the City of Richland Center, and its heirs, successors, and assigns, as well as it agents and employees, and all other person who are or might be liable, from any and all claims occurring as a result of the issuance of this parade permit.
