Application Process
- Complete the following application accurately - copies are also available or in the Clerk's Office.
- If you are unsure about how to respond to any questions on this form, check with the City Clerk for clarification.
- Applicant must submit Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance for bodily injury and $100,000 for property damage either as an upload in the following application, emailed to clerk@richalandcenterwi.gov, or delivered to the Clerk's Office.
- $25 License fee is required to process the license application - online payments are accepted.
Review of your application
- The Richland Center Police Department will perform a background check to verify the information you have provided.
- The city may require that additional information, appropriate to the specific type of license requested, be submitted with this application or as a supplement to this application prior to consideration of license issuance.
- The City Forester will review your application for approval with possible review by the City Tree Board.
- If you are asked to appear before the Tree Board but choose not to do so, your application may be denied.
- All annual licenses expire on June 30th.
