Notice of Extended Office Hours & Property Tax Payment Information
The Clerk/Treasurer's Office is offering special extended hours on select dates to make paying your first installment property taxes easier and more convenient.
We welcome you to visit during these extended times:

Monday, December 22, 2025: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Monday, December 29, 2025: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Wednesday, January 28, 2026: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Property tax bills are collected by the City Clerk/Treasurer's Office until January 31, 2026. Payments may be made in person, by mail, online, or by using City Utilities' Dropbox.
If paying by check,
- Make payable to City of Richland Center
- Include parcel number(s) in the memo line
- Double check to make sure the written and numerical amount match.
