Board of Review: Formal Objections
If you remain unsatisfied after the Open Book session, you may file a formal appeal with the Board of Review. This is a formal, quasi-judicial process where evidence is presented under oath.

Filing Requirements
- 48-Hour Notice: You must provide the Clerk with a "Notice of Intent to File an Objection" (written or oral) no later than July 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM.
- Objection Form: You must complete and file the formal Objection Form (PA-115A) with the Clerk before or during the first two hours of the Board meeting.
- Evidence: You must be prepared to provide factual evidence proving that your property is incorrectly valued.
