Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Common Council of the City of Richland Center, and/or a quorum of one or more of its committees, subcommittees, or subunits, may be present at the following meeting:

The members of the Common Council and/or its committees may be in attendance for information-gathering purposes only. No official City business will be conducted, no votes will be taken, and no action will be taken by the Common Council or any of its committees at this meeting. Any member of the Common Council present will attend solely to listen and gather information, and not to engage in deliberation toward a decision on any matter within the Council's jurisdiction.
