Resolution No. 2026-02 Establishing the Forfeiture Schedule and Administrative Fee for Chapter 321

This Resolution establishes a graduated forfeiture schedule and an administrative fee for violations of Chapter 321 of the Code of Ordinances relating to the control of weeds, grasses, and brush.
