Ordinance No. 2026-01 Amending Chapter 321 Relating to Control of Weeds, Grasses, and Brush

This Ordinance repeals and recreates Chapter 321 of the City Code to modernize and clarify requirements for the control of weeds, grasses, and brush. The updated Chapter establishes clear mowing standards, defines natural landscapes, strengthens nuisance abatement authority, and allows the City to recover actual abatement and administrative costs through billing and special charges. The revisions are intended to improve enforcement consistency, protect public health and safety, and align local regulations with Wisconsin law.
