Forfeitures for Public Nuisances

Amending Section 300.10(4) FORFEITURE. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter or Chapter 823, Wis Stats., shall upon conviction, forfeit not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for each separate offense, in addition to all applicable court costs, surcharges, and assessments as provided by law. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
