Request for Proposals: City Attorney Legal Services

The City of Richland Center is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to serve as City Attorney on a contracted basis. The City Attorney provides general municipal legal counsel to the Common Council, Mayor, City administration, and City departments, boards, and commissions, and represents the City in legal matters as directed.

The City welcomes proposals from attorneys licensed and in good standing in Wisconsin with experience in municipal law. Attorneys located in or near Richland County are preferred to support in-person meetings and responsive service. The City is open to either an hourly-rate or flat-fee arrangement.
