Resolution No. 2025-16 A Resolution Adopting Updated Comprehensive Outdoor Recreational Plan

Resolution 2025-16 formally adopts the City of Richland Center’s updated 2026–2030 Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan as the City’s official guide for future park, trail, and outdoor recreation improvements. The resolution also directs the Wisconsin DNR to maintain the City’s eligibility for recreation-related grant programs—such as LAWCON and Stewardship—for the duration of this five-year planning period.
