FOR RAZING OF RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE AT 695 N. CHESTNUT STREET, RICHLAND CENTER, WI

Project Title: Razing of Structure and Site Restoration at 695 N. Chestnut Street, Richland Center, WI 53581

Project Scope: The City of Richland Center is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the complete razing of a residential structure and site restoration. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the complete razing (including basement and foundation), removal and legal disposal of all debris, hazardous material abatement (if necessary), and site restoration (backfilling, grading, seeding, and utility capping).

Key Requirement: The contract is estimated to be between $5,000 and $25,000 and constitutes a public construction contract under Wis. Stat. §66.0901 and §62.15.

• Bid submissions may be delivered to the Clerk's Office in the Municipal Building or submitted via email.
• The City of Richland Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids are subject to City Council approval.
