What do the lines on my assessment notice mean?
- Land = value of your lot
- Imp/Bldgs = improvements like your home, garage, etc.
- Total = land + improvements
- Reason for Change may list:
- Revaluation increase
- Permit-based change
- Demolition or removal of structure
