The Original Carr Valley Cheese Factory

Carr Valley Cheese is a nationally recognized local cheese maker of artisan cheeses of many kinds, including cow, goat, and sheep products. A visit to their Cazenovia-area factory is a must for foodies visiting our area. While there you can offer a glimpse of the production facility from the retail area and a short video presentation of their process.

This is Carr Valley's first factory and is an outstanding trip for a quick look at the process and sampling.
