Eagle Cave & Resort

There is plenty to do above ground in the Richland area but also head underground and explore Eagle Cave or check out their campground and cabin lodging accommodations.

Eagle Cave is Wisconsin's Largest onyx cave, which offers camping, fishing, canoeing and hiking. It offers in-cave camping and an exploratory program mid-September to mid-May. There is a souvenir shop and game room along with snacks. Eagle cave has well over 3,000 feet of passage, featuring four main walking levels and four levels of subterranean tunnels for exploring.

Honker's Hotel

Honker's Hotel is a cozy and comfortable lodging option in the Greater Richland area. Located just outside of Muscoda, WI across the road from the Wisconsin River it is perfectly situated for outdoors enthusiasts visiting to fish the Wisconsin River or hunt the area's hills and valleys. Little Cabins on the Pine

Our two cozy, round, one-room cabins are located near Richland Center, in the heart of the Driftless region. The cabins can accommodate one or two people, and each features a mini kitchen, wood deck, charcoal grill, and lighted patio area with a fire ring. We are located just steps from kayaking or canoeing on the Pine River.

Michael's Farm Stay

This is a well-appointed, four-season country farmhouse on a fully operational farm. You will have direct access to the Richland County snowmobile trails. Cattle and chickens are out your front door. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife are in abundance. All county and township roads are open to UTV traffic. Enjoy tranquil star-filled skies all year long! Located in rural Ithaca Township the homes 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests complete with firepit, hilltop vistas, and fresh eggs from the chickens! Bookings can be made through the Airbnb application.

Pier County Park - Rockbridge

The park obtains its name from the Pier family, who donated the land to Richland County to preserve the site as a park. The site has a very unusual geological feature – a half-mile long “finger” of blocked and layered sandstone rising nearly 60 feet above the flood plain of two merging valleys. This narrow finger is topped by tall pines and covered with green shrubs. The West Branch of the Pine River meets with the Main Branch underneath this rock formation, which forms a Natural Bridge.

From the patio of each building, you can watch cranes, geese, ducks, and other waterfowl land and take off from a pond.
