Join the Richland County Performing Arts Council for the Central Avenue Block Party, Saturday, Sept 27, beginning at 2:00 pm. This event is to support the Richland Center Auditorium and is held at the auditorium at 128 N Central Ave. No admission to attend, all food and beverage sales support the auditorium.
