Position Available: Youth Recreation Coach (Summer Seasonal Position)

The Richland Center Parks and Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to fill seasonal summer positions as Youth Recreation Coaches. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Application are due April 2nd. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Help organize and lead youth sports and enrichment programs

- Teach fundamental sports skills and rules

- Emphasize and model good sportsmanship in youth activities

- Ensure equal playing time for all participants

- Work in cooperation with all staff to create fun, exciting programs for kids of all ages

- Care for all equipment and supplies
