In Person: The Richland Center Community Center (1050 N Orange) is open from 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Rented in (3) Time Blocks:

• 6:00am - 11:00am
• 11:30am - 4:30pm
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm

$90 (per time block)

$100 (per time block) *on Friday’s last time block (5-10pm), Weekends & Holidays 

Additional Rental Fees

• Additional hours after 10pm – $30/hour
• Auctions – $120 user fee
• A/V Equipment (Projector/Mic) – $15
• Message on the Outdoor Sign – $15
• Alcohol Deposit – $500  *Permit must be obtained from the office.*
• Large Party Deposit (Multiple Blocks/Days) E.g., Wedding/Quinceañera (no alcohol deposit) - $250

Penalties

• Equipment/Chairs/Tables not put away – $200 minimum/hour
• Facility not clean – $200 minimum/hour
• Keys that are not picked up during normal office hours – $50
• Keys not returned – $500

Open Gym:

• Free for everyone!
• Our gym is open to the public for basketball, volleyball, or general exercise.
• Equipment: Balls and gear are provided at no cost and can be found in the storage room.
• Schedule: Available hours are posted on the gym doors and in the PDF attached below.
• Note: Open gym dates and times are subject to change.

Indoor Walking:

• Free for everyone!
• Beat the heat or the snow by taking your walk indoors. The gym is available for walking whenever the space is not otherwise occupied or rented.
• Availability: Available year-round during Community Center hours.
• Schedule: Available hours are posted on the gym doors and in the PDF attached below.
• Note: Open walking dates and times are subject to change.

Pickleball:

• Richland Center is a hub for one of the fastest-growing sports in the country!
• Outdoor Play: We have six dedicated pickleball courts (converted from our tennis courts) for use during the warmer months.
• Indoor Play: When the weather turns chilly, the action moves inside to the Community Center Gym.
